1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 3r777 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user").

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of 3r777, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone and use a strong password.

• Notify 3r777 support immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Always log out after logging in on a public or shared device.
• Managing an account through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from a breach of account security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on the 3r777 platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposited funds may only be used for placing bets within the platform. Any applicable charges at the time of deposit will apply in accordance with the rules of the payment method provider.

5.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

It is mandatory to use the same method for withdrawal as was used for the deposit, unless the support team approves a different method under special circumstances.

New users can receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• A bonus applies only to the user whose account it was credited to.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• 3r777 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

6.3 VIP Program

3r777's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. 3r777 will provide advance notice of any changes to VIP tier benefits.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If any bet is affected by a technical error, 3r777 reserves the right to declare that bet void.

7.2 Erroneous Odds & Errors

Any winnings generated due to a software error, technical disruption, or incorrectly displayed information will be considered void. 3r777 will not bear any liability in such circumstances.

7.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply depending on the game or type of bet. The applicable limit is stated in each game's description and is considered part of these Terms.

7.4 Fair Play

3r777 ensures that all games and bets on the platform are operated through a verified and impartial system. Results are not predetermined by anyone and all users have equal opportunity.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to hack or modify the platform's systems or software without authorisation.
• Using multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonuses or promotions.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing, defrauding, or conspiring against other users.
• Attempting to chargeback funds deposited via a bank or payment service.
• Using a third-party payment method not registered in the account holder's name.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Platform Authority

3r777 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, particularly if:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated.
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

9.2 User Rights

A user may also request account closure at any time through support. If a valid balance exists, an opportunity to withdraw will be provided before closure; however, if the account is closed due to prohibited activities, the balance may be forfeited.
